bisect is shorthand for bisect-builds.

Chromium’s bisect-builds python script is a tool that helps identifying Chrome (or WebRTC) regression bugs very quickly. It does the equivalent of a “git bisect” with downloaded versions of Chromium. Bug reports where the reporter has done their homework by providing a bisect are fixed much faster.
