I think the vast majority of people (and businesses) don’t realize how exposed their communication is with video, especially when they’re using UCaaS, or CPaaS services. With the exception of messaging (not SMS), almost all communication services are not ‘private’. I think you will see this all shift in the next couple of years. Even with machine learning, which can be done in a way that still ensures privacy. It’ll be interesting to see who produces a service that is really private/secure and enterprises can use.
